The project Berlin spricht! wants to make Berlin’s languages visible. People from over 180 countries live in Berlin. They speak many different languages, many of them completely unknown outside the community.
Our goal
We develop an online portal for the languages of Berlin. On a map, locations of language communities will be displayed, such as language cafés, cultural centers, etc. This way, speakers can find communities of their language and network. People can also present their language and culture and thus make themselves more visible.
